Current- Produce a broad range of compensation analytics such as the banks gender pay gap, equal pay reviews, gender diversity forecasts and remuneration system assessments
- Run an annual compensation evaluation including market analysis utilising McLagan as market data providers. Developed guidance on how to use McLagan data and supported HRBPs in identifying appropriate salary ranges
- Manage the year-end salary review system including its development and ongoing maintenance (this replaced a spreadsheet based process). Provide guidance and training in relation to year-end processes and produce.
- Support the calculation of the banks profit share scheme allocations
- Developed the MRT assessment framework, conduct MRT assessments (qualitative & quantitative) and report outcomes to the regulators and the banks Executive and Remuneration Committees.
- Produce regulatory reports such as the Remuneration Disclosure (CRR A450), High Earners, Pillar 3 Remuneration, Related Party Disclosures and Director Emoluments.
