However, while the boom of e-commerce has boosted the distribution of good quality local products online, the MSMEs that produce these goods have hardly benefited from it, due to the domination of middlemen, which has pressed producers' margins incredibly low. To help these millions of small producers, who have very little bargaining power due to their limited business, marketing, and distribution know-how, we have been working with these MSMEs to provide them with training on product and business development. Beyond that, we also give our MSME partners access to 5 different distribution channels, namely Offline Store, Social and e-commerce, Retailer and Resellers, Modern Market also Direct Selling.
