• Creating a project schedule using Ms. Project for improvement project Timas Enterprise Management System (TEMS) • Conducting assesment of management system.• Conducting an annual internal audit (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 and SOP) for each department to identify opportunities for improvement.• Monitoring audit findings from the relevant department and ensuring their resolution.• Evaluate the operational efficiency, production effectiveness, overall performance of the business unit and assess the productivity and functionality of its operational systems. • Engaging in an improvement project for the development of the Management System.• Verifying the corrective actions and ensuring that the process has been rectified accurately.

• Creating and implementing business process improvements at level 3, which include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each departments and perform Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA).• Conducting mapping and benchmarking of business processes that the company does not yet possess, based on the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) standards and based on the Problem Identification and Corrective Action (PICA) from each departments.• Drafting, verifying, validating, signing, and socializing the discussed SOPs with the relevant departments, as well as creating business process flow using VISIO application to visualize workflow procedures across all business elements in each department.

• Creating market demand forecasts for Kota Bekasi using existing historical data and supported by the WIN-QSB application.• Conducting surveys and determining the appropriate methods to attract customers, as well as analyzing survey data and identifying strategies to retain customers.• Processing survey data using SPSS and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.
