My dream is to enhance self-awareness and psychological maturity of everyone on the planet as I believe this may be our best option for improving the world. In particular, Pandatron is making coaching more accessible with AI. More accessible coaching -> self-awareness, agency, maturity, emotional intelligence -> painless change management, better leadership, flourishing talent, better response to existing challenges like climate change -> better world. I am also working on a PhD focusing on studying flat hierarchies and the processes and practices in so-called self-managing organisations. Examples of alternative management systems I study include DAO, Teal and Holacracy. When I can I support companies that are pushing the boundaries of aging research and longevity biotechnology.Besides, I am Ukrainian, a supporter of therapy, minimalist, writer on Medium. I am interested in metamodernism and the work of Hanzi Freinacht. I live in San Francisco and often visit Helsinki.
