- Ensure quality conditions for the provision of academic services in the Technology in Quality Management, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment program by monitoring teaching activities and related services.- Develop semi-annual and quarterly schedules for the program.- Assign academic activities to the teaching team under my leadership.- Schedule periodic updates for syllabus content.- Lead research projects related to the program's areas of study.- Support the preparation of the master document for the program's renewal.- Lead a team of 11 teachers, monitoring their scheduled activities.

- Plan the development of laboratory activities, testing, equipment maintenance, and training of technical laboratory staff.- Ensure compliance with procedures according to national and international standards.- Supervise the activities carried out by laboratory coordination and laboratory assistants.- Participate in the company's strategic planning team.- Formulate research projects to secure co-financing resources and execute the company's internal projects.- Plan the annual research projects to be developed.

- Prepare didactic materials for the development of classes in the subjects of Operations Research I, II, and Operations Management in the Industrial Engineering program.- Review and grade evaluations, quizzes, and workshops.- Prepare and organize supplementary support materials for students on the Blackboard platform.- Deliver grades to students and enter them into the university's information system as per institutional guidelines.

- Develop the service portfolio for the Alumni Association of the Industrial University of Santander.- Conduct diagnostic analysis and benchmarking studies.- Carry out surveys among alumni to identify preferences and trends.- Identify and define the services of the Association.

- Develop educational projects for the technical and technological programs of the “Alliance for the Competitiveness of Mining Operations and the Transportation of Cement and its Derivatives” – a collaboration between Cemex, UMB, and the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Ibagué, for the qualified registration request before the Ministry of National Education.- Prepare materials for the development of classes in subjects such as Production, Industrial Processes, and Methods Engineering.- Review and grade evaluations, workshops, and assignments.- Enter grades into the institutional system according to procedures.- Review the micro-curricula of the program's subjects.

- Coordinate the postgraduate programs of the School of Petroleum Engineering in Bogotá (UIS-ASEDUIS Bogotá Agreement).- Define and implement improvement actions within the educational and administrative processes.- Ensure compliance with academic quality and service delivery requirements.- Organize academic calendars for various specialization programs.- Review and monitor budget execution by program.- Conduct academic follow-up with students.- Periodically prepare management reports.
