Since March 2018 I have been a Chief IT Architect for Telenor Serbia and Montenegro (now Yettel) responsible for IT architecture and its governance. My mission is to adapt and modernize IT Architecture to be in Agile manner while adding a true value for organization. I am the chairman of the Architecture board responsible for making architecture relevant decisions and creating and driving architecture roadmaps.I have a strong expertise in Software Development and Software Architecture. During 15 years of professional cariere I have been working in three different industries: Software Development, Media and Telecommunications. I held different expert and managerial positions such as Software Developer, System Architect, Solution Architect, Chief IT Architect and Chief Technology Officer. While working in Media and Telco industries I have a chance to participate in different digital transformation projects with multi country setup and cross department teams. My personal beliefs are that Software Development is the ultimate tool for digital transformation. I was a CTO at the biggest Serbian Publishing company (Ringier Axel Springer) responsible for software development and IT support for the most visited products from publishing, classifieds and e-commerce verticals (blic.rs, nekretnine.rs, mojauto.rs, nonstopshop.rs, etc.). My leadership mission was a very successful rewrite, transformation and migration towards cloud based and microservice architecture. I hold an MSc in Computer Science from University of Belgrade. During my career I was working in parallel at University as a Guest Lecturer on "Software Engineering Tools and Methods" (Graduate course). Since 2009 I am Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) with wide experience in introducing, coaching and scaling Scrum in organizations.
