I bring 6 plus years of scheduling and confirming appointments, HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medi-cal, and Commercial insurance experience, insurance verification, benefits, as well as working with doctors and handling referrals, authorizations, patients charts and medical records. I also have extensive knowledge of front and back office work as well as Knowledge of state guidelines and HIPPA. I have experience with claims and billing as well.
