About Alberto Di Minin
Alberto Di Minin is a Full Professor at the Istituto di Management of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Pisa, Italy) and a Research Fellow with the Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy (BRIE, U.C. Berkeley). He is also the Co-Editor in Chief of R&D Management Journal. He is the Chief Innovation Officer of the National Biodiversity Future Center.Alberto is Italy's Delegate with the OECD - Working Party on Innovation and Technology PolicyAlberto’s research deals with the appropriability of innovation: (Open Innovation, new business models), technology transfer, Intellectual Property and R&D Management. In 2006 he got his Ph.D. with a dissertation on the internalization of R&D from the Department of City and Regional Planning at U.C. Berkeley. He has received a M.S. in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta and a B.A. in Economics from the Scuola Sant’Anna.He is the Director of the Galileo Galilei Institute at the Chongqing UniversitySpecialties: undergraduate, graduate, executive education, Intellectual Property and Research and Development Management, technology trasfer
