I am a keynote speaker and author on innovation, creativity and leadership. My keynotes often include ... a touch of magic! During the last few years I worked on strategy with the top teams of an international reinsurance company, a major University, a telecommunications company, a major audit/financial services firm, a government of Cyprus and a non-profit health organization; on building innovative teams with a chemicals multinational; on developing innovation capacity and culture with an international shipping group. I delivered over forty keynotes in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and China and presented courses on innovation and creativity in business at Universities in France, the UK and China. In 2017 I was named Ambassador of Knowledge by Lifelong Learning Academia in Slovenia.I wrote "The Art of Innovation - Integrating Creativity in Organizations" (2007, 2011), a book which was hailed as "a bible for 21st century CEOs". I also wrote a mini-book "The Heart of Innovation - Managing Apparent Paradoxes" (2019) and a futurist visual novel "Y2.200K - A chronicle" (2018). I served as a Board Member of the Creative Education Foundation and numerous private companies - currently two private companies.Events with me are out-of-the-ordinary, designed to have a lasting and practical impact. I blend subject-matter expertise with client needs and aspirations, participants’ energy, humor and ... a touch of magic!My passion is to support organizations and people in their innovation journeys.
