Responsible for the output and quality of all Business units services provided by the Coca-Cola European Partners Customer To Cash team, such as credit management, cash application, billing, reporting, projects and escalations within master data management. Accountable for assuring successful implementation of standard processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and affecting necessary design or execution adjustments.

- Manage the Owner in defining and maintaining a Customer and Vendor Master Strategy- Develops and recommends action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded- Responsible for Data master quality and compliance processes
