My responsibilities as Fund Administrator include different tasks:• Assist in providing a high level of service to both clients and investors.• Process subscriptions and redemptions in accordance with Fund Prospectus.• Develop a thorough understanding of the Transfer Agency systems and banking systems.• Participation in variety of projects and prepare reports to the Assistant Vice President.

• Check the monthly country pre-invoices and communicate with the Vendor Account Managers to understand and correct potential errors.• Communicate with the Finance and Account Payable team what has been paid versus what has not, to help building the field forecasts and accruals.• Develop reports to compare the volumes invoices by our suppliers versus the ones shown within HPE tool from an audit perspective.• Prepare accruals and forecast on monthly basis and verify accruals calculation.
