Main responsibilities:- Manages, organizes and coordinates the activities of employees. Ensures compliance with regulations for the tests.- Batch control and batch release of medicinal products for human or veterinary use and food supplements;- Carry out updating and development of methodological and legal basis of the laboratory. Validate new test methods;- Manages the collection of information, making updates and changes to the documentation of the test center.- Approve, analyzes and evaluates test results and the activity of Testing center;- Methodological and administrative guide performance of the Testing center;- Sign all documents, orders, offers, letters, contracts and test in Testing center;- Provides advice on standardization documents.- Offers person for quality assurance, metrological support, person reasonable for normative-technical documents, supervise performance of these functions;- Manages and supervises the implementation of additional tasks;- Manages the employess in Testing center - distributes and sets performance for different test analysis, monitor the implementation of the professional duties of employees;- Approve training programs for employees;- Represents the Testing Center to the relevant governmental authorities and organizations, committees, working groups, professional organizations;- Selected personnel;- Provides advice on testing of various products and evaluating their quality;- Approves requests for equipment, supplies and materials
