Overall and day to day management of the finance function of the company- Supervising the daily Liquidity and Cash flow Management ensuring the fulfilment of the short- and long-term forecasts and cash-flow projections, resulting in smooth security of the daily operations of the Company;- Running the process of Working Capital Management of the Company with strong results on the clients’ receivable base and excellent improvement of the payables base from local and foreign suppliers;- Actively negotiating with different financial institutions, achieving excellent debt conditions even bellow the benchmark, resulting in decreasing of the financial costs of the Company ;- Managing the financial risks of the Company connected with FX, interests, etc. by means of different hedging instruments, which resulted in further decreasing of the financial costs;- Driving profitable operations by maintaining and overseeing program budgets, and executing detailed forecasting, income and cost analysis. Driving strategic planning through reporting and recommendations based on results;- Managing the relationship with different financial institutions as insurance companies, rating agencies, factoring organizations, etc.;- Interpreting financial information and data based on Financial Indicators and other KPI, analysis of margins and profitability;- Initiating and actively participating in different projects as part of the Project management, - Recommending changes to improve company financial performance;- Ensuring that strong financial control and procedures are in place;- Managing and developing of the financial team;- M&A, including NPV and cash-flow analyses, business valuations using P/E and dividend based methods, etc.;

Managing and supervising the financial and controlling team in the process of:- Preparing of annual and five-year operating plans, quarterly forecasts, cost projections and other management accounts; annual and quarterly reports under IFRS; analysis for local and group management; reports to the regulatory authorities under regulatory accounting requirements;- Price calculations;- Analyzing performance indicators; proposing measures and actions for improving the financial standing of the company in view of current and medium-term targets;- Coordinating and managing the shared services contracts and the outsourced companies’ activities;
