State fund agriculture – deploying Smart Card Log on system. I was project lead for designing and deploying Smart Card Log on protection for workstations and servers for 500 users around the country, so all users are authenticated securely before access sensitive SFA data.2. State fund agriculture – deploying centrally managed, corporate encryption infrastructure and providing necessary consultations. I managed project for protecting data on 100 computers using centrally managed encryption software. As a result stolen and lost laptops no longer a problem for SFA.3. Specialized hospital for active treatment in oncology – building up complex corporate endpoint protection infrastructure. I supervised project for installing and setup of 200 workstations in hospital. After that security policy for data control, application control, anti-virus and web filtering have been applied. Major problems that hospital had with unwanted application and Internet misuse were solved.4. SEP Bulgaria – providing full consultation for establishing Certificate Service Provider including all documents and policy. I personally developed all documents, and provide them to client (about 300 pages).So SEP Bulgaria was accredited as certificate services provider in Bulgaria.

Building up Public Key Infrastructure as a technical base for providing Certificate Services for public – citizens and business. I was supervised project that provided core infrastructure for certificate services. The important parts of project were providing high physical security and reservation for equipment.2. Developing legislation for Public Certificate Services Provider. I was project lead and main document writer/redactor. As a result bundle of documents necessary for operating as a Public Certificate Service Provider were prepared (about 300 pages). So, Information Services become the first registered Certificate Service Provider in Bulgaria and start offering qualified certificates for electronic signature to the public.3. Deploying corporate infrastructure for providing Certificate Services. I managed project. Main goal of project was deploying all around the country more than 30 registration authority for issuing certificates to the public. The main part of this project was presenting and demonstrating new business possibility before people.
