• Responsible for the enforcement of the Incident Management process across all the Ericsson suppliers.
• Ensure that all Severity 1 and 2 Incidents are managed with minimum disruption to the customer. Summon and manage if required a Service Restoration Team forum in order to tackle an incident that fulfills the criteria.
