I am a BSc (Hons) in Digital Banking and Finance graduate from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka). My professional journey includes diverse experiences in research, customer service, and financial analysis, showcasing a blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise.I have six months of research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, contributing to the SHINES Research Program in collaboration with the University of Cambridge. My responsibilities included data collection, processing, and analysis using tools like Excel and Google Forms, alongside digital communications through social media and webinars.In the banking sector, I interned at the Bank of Ceylon, where I promoted digital banking products, assisted with customer service, and gained exposure to core banking operations. Currently, I work as a Junior Mortgage Analyst at Mint Business Solutions, specializing in mortgage processing, documentation review, and financial analysis to support loan approvals.With a strong passion for capital markets, money markets, and investment research, I aim to contribute my skills to dynamic teams while continuously advancing my expertise in finance and investment strategies.
