As an organisational psychologist and experienced talent management professional, I am passionate about leadership capability development across life span. My key area of expertise lies in Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment and Development, as well as Organizational Transformation and Design. For more than 15 years I have been working with Business Leaders contributing to the design of Talent Strategy and Organisational Culture, identifying ways to support people perform at their best and achieve business results.Industries I have worked for include, financial services, life sciences and health care, energy, resources and industrials, technology, media and telecommunications, shipping, and consumer business.I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology. Through the understanding of the subject matter of teaching, I have focused on the contribution of social and psycho-emotional development to the learning process, teaching methodology, educational evaluation, and school integration.
