• Design Compensation files to support the Compensation strategy of the company
• Provision of support and close monitoring of Compensation Processes -Merit increases, Short (MIP) and Long (LTIP)Term Incentive Plans- throughout 28 countries in Coca-Cola Hellenic Group
• Provision of support and consultation in the Target Setting process of company’s Key Business Indicators for LTIP and MIP
• Active involvement in the set-up of new processes in Rewards and Recognition areas
• Day-to-day support to HR population in 28 counties, regarding Group Compensation & Benefits processes

• Management of existing SAP HR modules in an international environment (approximately 600 employees in 28 countries )
• Project Management of an SAP HR Project to support international employee movement (“Global Employees” Project). Coordinating a team of HR payroll specialists, developing Business Process Documents, & aligning with.
• Consolidation and validation of Group HR Key Business Indicators (Terminations, Headcount, Training Costs, Accidents & Absences)
• Ensuring compliance with company’s Data Protection policy through the role of HR Business System Security Manager

• Main responsibilities:
• Redesign of Recruitment and Training Processes, building an extensive Change Management Plan to be followed by the respective stakeholders
• Development of detailed Training Material (presentations, manuals) for the new Recruitment and Training processes, and design of Training Plan to be executed by responsible tutors
• Provision of day-to-day support to HR employees using SAP (communicating, providing solutions or escalating issues)

• Main responsibilities:
• Analysis of current HR Business Processes and customization to fit the technical requirements of the system
• Redesign of HR Policies in Organizational Management and Performance Management, building and executing a detailed Change Management Plan for all the stakeholders affected
• Development of localized thorough Training Material (presentations, exercises and manuals) and delivery of Training Sessions to all end users (HR and not)
• Investigation and documentation of integration points between HR Policies and other company’s Departments Policies (e.g. Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) and coordination for the update of their processes

• Administration of company benefits (mobiles, cars, health & life plan, pension plan)
• Communication and co-ordination of day-to-day activities with Public Authorities
• Co-operation for the submission of yearly Payroll Budget
