Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner
Current- Identify customer needs and provide solutions, understanding of complex business scenarios while working closely with Project Management team - Product improvement contribution, suggesting and designing new features and functionalities - Act as a product owner in cross-functional teams, defining and prioritizing user stories - Requirement analysis, delivering documented requirements defining sufficient details for system design - Translating business needs to development tasks - Convey feature scope and requirements to the development team - Keep track of the progress in order to resolve issues, define versioning, coordinate the project team and ensure that proper deliverables are committed - Create business and technical test cases - Perform manual testing to verify that the product meets rigorous quality standards and assurance for its proper functionality and performance- Cooperation with Development team to help identify problem areas - Support developer and test engineers, providing answers and guidelines - Use MTM to design test plans- Act as a mentor for other Business Analysts - Manage different project teams, being responsible to make decisions, coordinate all team members and depict project progress in JIRA- Cooperate with external teams to build well-structured integrations with ISVs - Ensuring high-quality integration of Interworks Cloud Platform with different vendors- 3rd level Support
