Support engineer for the LMP3 project

Project manager at Mecachrome for the WRC C3R5 engine.

• Strip down chassis and and set up for new and upgraded parts metal fabrication, body work, interior fabrication, welding.• Machined and hand tuned blocks, heads, rods, all necessary components. Built every engine, ran them on the Engine Dyno and tuned them for maximum power and reliability.• Post race engine and transmission disassembly, clean and inspect parts, non-destructive testing and magnafluxing.• Check all engine and transmission components for damage and replace if needed. Check mileage on components that need to be rebuilt and rebuild engine components if required. Organize and replace bolts.• Balance every internal engine component with specific machines• Inspect, clean and oil block down to be ready to start assembly.• Assemble and check clearance between engine components.• Product development.• Dyno tuning.• Dress up engine ready to be delivered to the customer.• Pit crew and mechanic during racing season.
