My research was on Interleukin11/ IL11R recognition mechanisms.During this research I applied most of the PCR-based mutagenesis systems and (re) invented one : the overlapp PCR.Among my results is the creation of an IL-11 mutein 100-1000 times more active than native IL-11 in vitro (patented and published).
