I took on a dual role as both an IT Management and Consultant at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotels and Tbilisi Saburtalo by Mercure Hotels. These ventures marked an exciting journey as we introduced the Mercure brand to the region.Working closely with the IT team, I contributed to the successful launch and branding of these hotels. Our collective efforts resulted in the establishment of Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotels and Tbilisi Saburtalo by Mercure Hotels as thriving hospitality destinations.In my current capacity, I continue to provide guidance and consultation in the field of IT management, aligning technology with the unique needs of the Mercure brand and ensuring seamless operations.

Initially managed by the Amber Group, I joined Gudauri Lodge during its pre-opening phase in 2019. Starting as a consultant, I quickly assumed the role of IT Manager, overseeing IT installations and optimizing processes. Today, I manage the hotel remotely, showcasing my adaptability and leadership in IT.

I assumed the role of IT Manager at Ramada Encore Tbilisi during a challenging period—the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel underwent a transformation, serving as a dedicated COVID facility during the pandemic.After the pandemic subsided, I played a pivotal role in closing and transitioning the hotel's operations. This included shutting down the facility and preparing it for sale.

Following the successful opening of Gudauri Lodge, I extended my expertise to Ramada Tbilisi by Wyndham. As the IT Manager, I spearheaded the pre-opening phase, managed installations, established business processes, and led the IT department.

As the Technical Director at Adjarabet Gambling Hall, I led a dynamic department overseeing a wide range of responsibilities. In my role, I managed a diverse team comprising technicians, installators, IT specialists, and maintenance professionals.Together, our department played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the establishment. With a dedicated team of over 50 individuals, we addressed technical challenges, maintained critical infrastructure, and contributed to the overall success of Adjarabet Gambling Hall.

At Casino Aviator, I had the privilege of serving as the Technical Manager during the critical pre-opening phase. In this capacity, I assumed leadership from the construction stage and oversaw all technical aspects of the casino's operations.My responsibilities encompassed managing the end-to-end business and installation processes, which included the meticulous receiving, declarations, installations, and configurations of machines and devices.I also had the privilege of leading a dedicated technical team, ensuring that our collective efforts contributed to the successful launch and seamless operation of Casino Aviator.

My journey in the IT career began with my work at Rooms Hotel Kazbegi. This unique place provided the ideal backdrop for the early stages of my career, as it required me to oversee every aspect of hotel management independently, without the reliance on external contractors. It was here, nestled in the mountains, that I honed my skills and navigated various processes. Rooms Hotel Kazbegi holds a significant place in my career trajectory and has contributed substantially to my accomplishmentsI am glad that after my departure, I continue to work with them as a contractor, providing ongoing support and expertise.
