Last year, I got into event organizing. I arrange meetings for startups and investors in hotels and other venues. For example, this year we met on a yacht twice. At the meetings people find new useful connections, show their projects and learn new things.

After gaining experience in development, we launched a new direction from scratch. We have started training IT specialists. Here, we became profitable from the first month. We created our own LMS system and enrolled over 3,000+ students. We also hosted an online conference with over 2,000 participants through our own platform.

This is my first IT business, which I founded in 2013. Here, I assembled a key team and received government subsidies and investments from business angels. My team and I received awards from the city administration. Over the years, we collaborated with major brands such as Faberlic, Hyundai, HTC, Love Republic, and others.

I started a production of cotton gloves. Initially, I purchased the necessary equipment and established a production facility. Later on, I streamlined the materials supply and glove manufacturing process. I sold them to businesses using a B2B model, supplying gloves to the largest enterprises in the city. Eventually, I scaled the business to its peak capacity and sold it for three times the initial investment.
