- Collaborated with the Global Management Studies Department and Faculty on 15+ related projects for TRSM students- Led a team of 25 Ryerson University students and managed RGMG’s external and internal affairs on-and-off campus- Budgeted $12,000 to plan and execute yearly and innovative events catered to help support 13,000+ TRSM students

- Delegated tasks to the associates, such as emailing and cold calling companies for sponsorships and in-kind donations- Communicated within the Corporate Relations committee, as well as with the Marketing and Events team to successfully organize 8 events, acquire 10 sponsorships, and secure 25+ industry professionals together with panelists- Maintained all 5 past sponsorships and obtained 3 new corporate partnerships through value proposition and negotiation

- Managed the Ted Rogers International Exchange Network Program and administrated 50+ mentors and mentees- Guided and supported first-year international students, as well as international exchange students from Ryerson’s partner universities worldwide in order to help them transition into Canada- Organized and planned 10+ virtual events throughout the academic year along with the International Relations Associate to help all international students expand their network in Canada, both socially and professionally

- Participated in 75+ important meetings, including the 2020 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, as well as the Informal Workshop on Good Practices and Lessons Learnt with respect to Existing Nuclear-Weapons Free Zones- Collaborated with 15+ interns globally to organize important meetings via UN Web TV, took notes, and discussed projects daily- Provided our mission with thorough reports summarizing all of the major points raised by each delegate after each meeting

- Developed leadership, organization, and collaboration skills by participating in workshops and business conferences- Ranked 1st Place in the program’s annual competitive case competition, organized by DECA Ryerson- Received a Certificate of Achievement for completing one of TRSM’s elite leadership programs that admits 40 first-year students yearly
