Develop and oversee daily operations, expansion and community relations of Pre-Vocational Adult Day Services, Integrated Community-Based services, Vocational Rehabilitation and S.P.E.A.K.S. programs. The purpose of these programs to support individuals as they transition to adulthood and support them as they endeavor to work through the various challenges that come with work, family and daily life.

• Oversee a caseload of 20 consumers and a team of 23 behavior technicians. • Write behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans• Coordinate services with consumer home districts• Train and monitor staff in implementation of behavior support plans and consumer programming.• Develop and recommend IEP goals • Quarterly and annual progress reports for consumer IEPs and Treatment Plans. • Provide immediate support to staff and assist with managing crisis, maladaptive behavior and general troubleshooting. • Consult and Communicate with parents/guardians for treatment and programming

• Assist Program Manager oversee caseload of consumers• Monitor and train staff • Hold weekly meetings with staff• Track behavior data

• 1:1 intervention with consumers ages 2-19• Implement behavior support plans• Implement programming based on ISP and IEP
