What I do: I am an operational leader that oversees the day to day execution of business needs looking ahead to forecast future growth and opportunities so nothing comes as a surprise. Welcomes all employees to build an environment of high energy and fun that increases productivity and comradery. Effectively train and coach team members to be consistently excellent. A creative supervisor that can implement new processes in line with standard and also welcomes feedback to improve or maintain performance. How I do it:Firm believer in being the first one in and the last one out and give a hands on approach in operations. Constantly communicating to ensure that the team is aware of how they are performing in the moment and throughout tenure. Being amendable and poised in new or unexpected scenarios to give reassurance that we as a team can overcome any obstacle that comes our way. Always willing to do whatever is necessary for the best interest of the team.Why I do it:I am very passionate about the work that I do, and being able to use that energy for the team to see and feed off of everyday is something I take pride in. The attitude of the team is a reflection of the leadership in place, and their is a direct correlation of the environment created by leadership and the output of the team. In order to achieve excellence, you must be willing to put in the work and effort that will yield it.
