SOUPCORP GAMES is a small indie company currently developing our flagship game, Hero Provisions, a Tower Defense/Life Sim hybrid set in a 2D fantasy world.

- Developing visual content and marketing concepts for brand exposure, networking and on boarding new clients into the company.- Creating promotional materials such as visual content, written content and marketing strategies to promote the brand and its products.- Overseeing media outreach and drafting visual and written content for press releases, product launches, and other communication materials.- Managing a team of 3 designers and copywriters, ensuring that all marketing materials meet brand standards and are delivered on time.- Planning and overseeing branding content and networking events, including all promotional content such as presentations, and social media content to promote the event and its attendees.

- Monitoring and analyzing key metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.- Coordinating team and community events that build brand awareness and engagement.- Building and maintaining a strong brand presence across digital channels, including social media, and other online platforms. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

- Interacting with clients in a high-intensity sales environment, achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.- Navigating multiple billing, payment, and account management systems to provide exceptional customer service.- Brokering personalized long-term contracts that result in increased client satisfaction and retention.- Collaborating with product development teams to stay informed about new features and product updates, and communicating these to clients as value-adds.- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas, earning recognition as a top performer within the sales team, including holding the company record for the largest individual sale.

- Coordinating shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate restocking of inventory.- Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking of product sales and minimize waste.- Training new employees, providing hands-on guidance and support to help them become productive members of the team.- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance the store's reputation in the local community.- Maintaining employee work schedules, making sure shifts are covered and staffing needs are met.

- Preparing event spaces to ensure they are set up according to client specifications and to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.- Managing inventory levels and tracking stock usage to ensure that supplies are replenished in a timely manner and that events can run smoothly without any interruptions.- Handling unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during events, such as spills or equipment malfunctions.- Performing general building maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and restocking supplies, to ensure that the reception hall is presentable and fully functional at all times.
