My role includes the following responsibilities: Work together with candidates and companies in order to find the best solution for both Companies - Prospecting new clients and setting up sales visit; - Maintaining good relationship with existing clients and providing the best solutions in response of client's needs; - Drafting and posting job ads on various media; Candidates - Sourcing candidates in our database & several job boards - In-depth phone screening interview with candidates; - Conducting face to face interviews & personality test as well as writing interview reports; - Following-up on interviews and during the first 3 months after taking office
