• Achieve successful collection of client overdue accounts, providing advice and service to clients on collection issues, therefore enhancing the relationship between customers and Dun & Bradstreet and in turn increasing.
• Report collection results as promised to the client so they are well informed
• Remain focused on maximising account profitability and revenue through analytical insights
• Ensure client referrals and the debt portfolios are actioned in accordance with the agreed method and timeframes
• Work closely and communicate effectively with RMS sales, support staff and other divisions so that important information is shared
• Maintain a high level of customer service and build solid working rapport with clients

• Responsible for effectively owning and facilitating all debtor disputes and queries relating to customers, to support the Consumer Account Managers and support the office with ad-hoc duties.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring quality outcomes with integrity
• Communicating with clients on a daily basis to inform them of any changes
• Provide feedback to AM’s to assist in presenting monthly performance reports
• Action all communication in a timely and professional manner
