I started my professional journey at Ivyline Technologies as a junior printer technician, specializing in small office and desktop printer solutions. Over time, my dedication and competence led to a promotion to the role of Site Manager. In this capacity, I orchestrated printer operations and oversaw print management software for our esteemed client, Ernst and Young, for a duration of three years. Following this tenure, I made a strategic transition to our IT department, assuming the mantle of overseeing comprehensive IT management across all six of our branches.In my current role, I am responsible for the end-to-end IT operations within our organization. This encompasses not only managing the IT infrastructure but also actively engaging with our clients to address any IT-related issues they may encounter. Additionally, I am deeply involved in both sales and support aspects of Papercut Software, contributing to its successful integration and adoption.In a concurrent pursuit of professional growth, I am diligently pursuing certifications, namely Comptia A+, N+, and Security+. These endeavors are integral to my aspirations of specializing in networking and cybersecurity in the foreseeable future, aligning with my professional objectives and enhancing my contributions to the organization.
