I started in the dental field by shadowing my father at the age of 11 years old.After completing a degree in communications I decided to go back to school and get a degree in dental technology.At the age of 26 I was the first and only dental technician to lecture in Montreal university and Laval university at their continuing education program, teaching dentists about dental materials and case planning.In 2009 I became part owner of Styledent dental laboratory and in 2012 CEO.I have lectured and continue to lecture at dental clinics, various dental companies, dental schools and the dental department of the Canadian army.I love educating and sharing my knowledge this is why we started Styledent Academy, where specialists get to lecture and passionately share their knowledge with the dental community.In the technical aspect I am a master ceramist having followed a number of hands on courses with the greatest ceramists in the world such as Willi Geller from the Oral design foundation.I am an expert exocad designer and am up to date with everything technology such as 3d printing and milling.I am a versatile master technician who has worked in every department from removable to fixed prosthesis for a number of years. My old school hands on training is what has given me the ability to use technology like no one else can.I am passionate about helping other dental professionals thrive. I love finding the most efficient production method as well as suggesting the best suited technology needed and training the people who use it.
