In my current position at Stater, the leading financial mortgage servicer in Europe (market leader in the Netherlands with approx. 40% market share), I am responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With a professional team, we take care of the onboarding of large, existing mortgage lenders as well as new digital startup propositions. In addition, we also take care of the Marketing activities, which of course differ per country. In the Netherlands, Stater is the market leader, in Belgium an established party looking for growth and in Germany we went live in 2023 with our leading international Stater platform and an international bank. We have the ambition to gain a strong position in Germany for the coming years. Our platform and services give each party the suitable, distinctive proposition it wants in (digital) mortgage services, financial reporting and assurance.

• direct management of 40-50 Account Managers CMO; • responsible for mitigating risks through active management of backlogs and inactive SME relationships; • continuous improvement and optimization of processes; • implementation of new operational self-management (SUPER 7); • supervising test and implementation of the new SME process backlogs and; • supervising the test of the new credit application process in combination with multiple stakeholders.

• direct management of 12 Dialogue and Channel Managers; • optimising the quality of service and the service concept of Call Business; • responsible for correct knowledge and content management; • continuous improvement and optimization of processes; • implementation of data-driven sustainable sales; • P&L responsible with the MT.

Amsterdam

• direct management of 8 team leads and indirectly of approximately 200 FTEs; • optimising the quality of services for 1st and 2nd line activities; • (continuously) improving processes and reducing complaints; • responsible for complaint handeling training and realization of new training policy; • responsible for the ING webcare team; • Operational and financial responsibility for handling complaints about savings/payments/investments/mortgages within ING Retail; • Implementation of a new roster system within the department.
