I founded Streamline Geo upon my return from Australia to Europe to provide quality mineral exploration services to the industry.As the Principal Geologist, I communicate with clients, advice and suggest solutions, and oversee project completion. I can carry out desktop and field work, and I am working closely with my network of associate to ensure coverage of a wide range of commodities. We have a very strong geoscientific foundation in economic geology, geochemistry, GIS, geospatial data collection & management, and geophysics/remote sensing data processing & interpretation.I completed a dozen, mostly lithium-focused projects since I started working in my current role. Some highlights from my time working as an Exploration Geologist with Prodigy Gold:• Responsible for defining and testing a new 2km long greenfield Au-Cu (Pb-Zn-Ag) high-grade trend from desktop study, field mapping, targeted prospecting, and subsequent drilling programme design and execution. The much stronger EM conductor of 2,600S still remains untested by drilling.•Developed and implemented a supervise machine learning workflow used for semi-automated lithogeochemical clustering of multi-element and geological data. I was the main author on a scientific abstract and presented the innovation at AGES 2021, Alice Springs.• Design and implementation of portable GIS solutions: applicable to field work from mapping, sampling, drilling, rehabilitation and monitoring of drill sites.I got a lot of value by being exposed to strong mentorship from my Managing Director and Exploration Managers, and being part of a small team led me to undertake a broad array of exploration activities.My main responsibilities were: - Assisting Project and Senior Geos in generating targets, writing Project Funds Requests, and the design of drilling programs on a budget (target >1Moz gold deposit)- Evaluating exploration datasets to rank and test existing targets- Improving in-house data sets where possible- Implementation and supervision of drilling programs- Geological mapping and logging of core/chips - Effective communication and leadership of field staff and contractors- Work effectively while keeping health and safety procedures and mindset- Geological modelling and interpretation using geological, geochemical, and geophysical data- Contributing to company and statutory permitting and reporting

• First-pass research into public and privately owned mining companies: - Evaluating viability for development based on strength of management, prospectivity of known geology, history of success in jurisdiction and capital requirements. - Advancing the technical project knowledge to produce advantageous data and media by sketching geological models and testing concepts mathematically/statistically to prove/disprove company claims. - Sourcing data from historic projects, government data sets and any available sources to compile new models for mineralisation and ore forming process in the company’s licences.• Communications -Speaking to relevant company representatives, geologists and management to source information for reports, as well as promoting company products and services.

Orogenic gold exploration project in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt, Lapland, Finland. Interpretation of sub-surface geology and generative targeting using regional geochemical and geophysical datasets (aeromagnetic, electromagnetic, radiometric). 10-day field reconnaissance and ground-truthing. Presentation of results to the GTK.

Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana

Employed as an independent contractor at Kent Engineering Limited, Tema - Ghana for a duration of three months. I was responsible for producing geological desk-studies and provide insight on theprospects and the mining potential of areas within the Volta Basin for industrial-grade calciumcarbonate. My work aimed to expand known deposits, and generate new sources of high purityCaCO3 to manufacture quicklime used in a waste processing plants.My key responsibilities and aims were:•Review of the publicly available information on calcium carbonate deposits in the VoltaBasin.• Review of the information purchased from the Geological Survey Department of Ghana.This includes 1:50,000 geological maps as well as geochemical data.• Integration of the geochemical data with the purchased geological maps to produce mapsindicating limestone purity and geology.• Integration of the limestone purity and geology with private drill hole data in order toproduce maps indicating depth to and thickness of the limestone units.• Interpretation of the results and extrapolation of the data to statistically predict areaswhere potential limestone deposits could exist in the vicinity of the project.• Resource evaluation and prediction in terms of tonnage of CaCO3.• Technical reporting of geological, geochemical and statistical results once a fortnightthrough summary reports and skype video call presentations.
