As a software engineer, I have a passion for web development and delivering high-quality software solutions. I have experience in working with Python, Django, JavaScript React, and other technologies to create and test user-friendly and energy-efficient web applications.I was part of the team that worked on an innovative project to help schools reduce their energy usage and bills, and educate their pupils about energy efficiency. I contributed to the development of the Energy Platform, a web portal that enables staff to manage energy and heat usage, compare tariffs, and engage building users on energy issues. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Material UI, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Cassandra, and NiFi to implement the front-end and back-end features of the platform. I also performed testing and debugging tasks using Python, Django, Selenium, Jira, Confluence, and a custom test framework.
