This dual responsibility allows me to ensure both the quality of our products and the integration of cutting-edge technologies into our solutions.Alongside managing software releases, I guide the strategic direction for our engineering and development processes, ensuring that quality remains an integral part of R&D. Furthermore, I am driving our ISO 9001:2015 compliance at our Kassel production facility, stepping in as a de facto QMR.With five years of experience as a SCRUM Master for multiple R&D teams, I’ve gained valuable insights into agile development, and this background continues to inform my approach to leadership and process optimization.Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience at B. Braun Melsungen AG, working within the highly regulated medical device industry. This gave me exposure to automated mass production processes, ERP/MES systems, Change Management, as well as rigorous Quality Management (QM), Quality Control (QC), and Validation and Verification practices—skills that I continue to apply in my current position.As a technically focused yet user-oriented leader, I’m passionate about driving innovation and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
