🤔 How do we go from intentions to action?😤 Do people really want to change?🤑 It's only money that works, isn't it?I've been asked these complex and legitimate questions 1,000 times.They all have a common answer: behavioural science.🌐 At Bellegarde, we change behaviour.Each of us holds a PhD in behavioural science.This means we carry out scientific research to understand and change behaviour.And we go even further: we help companies, NGOs and public authorities to apply the results of research, to change behaviour in real life.⚙️ To change behaviour, we need to :1. Understand it: analyse it, question it and find out what motivates and what hinders change.2. Inform and persuade, but also use behavioural levers based on scientific evidence.3.
