Main locations: Bellevue (WA), Tacoma (WA), Granite Bay (CA), Napa Valley (CA), Walnut Creek (CA), Sunnyvale (CA), Saratoga (CA), Cupertino (CA). Hiring: Strategised on the positions that need to be hired for all locations at Gorin Sports. Drafted compelling job descriptions, posted them on indeed and LinkedIn.Conducted interviews and drafted and presented final offers. Positions hired range from Tennis coaching, Fitness, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.Work with Lawyers in order to grant staff working visas. Software: Successfully implemented MindandBody, ConnectTeam, and ADP(Workforce).Seminars: Wrote the manual of methodology and terminology used across the entire organization.Helped implement the One Voice program, which consists of all the coaches employed by Gorin Tennis Academy, learn and use the same methodology with their students no matter what location their students attend classes.
