After years of studying in some of the best University Departments of Greece, I discovered that I have to combine things if I wanted to achieve my goals. So, Ι decided that Ι had to see my life and carrier as a puzzle in which I had to add many interesting pieces in the next years. I have studied History & Ethnology, I hold a Master in International Relationships and a PhD in Cultural Diplomacy. My 10 years working in Press, Communication & Public Relations Office, Directorate of Growth & European Programming of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas gave me the chance to see life from a realistic perspective while I try to combine my creativity with innovative ideas. However, in one of my many trips I discovered my passion for wine and since then nothing was the same: I added another interesting chapter in my life (the most interesting piece in my life puzzle) which is called "Wine Studies". Currently, Ι hold the WSET Diploma in Wines & Spirits. I also feel really proud because in 2020 I was accepted as a student in The Institute of Masters of Wine, where recently I passed my first exams and now I am a Stage 2 Student. Regarding my wine carrier, from 2012 until 2022 I was working as a Wine & Sales Consultant, Public Relations & Communication at Cava Abatzis, one of the biggest liquor stores in Greece. I organize various workshops, tastings and wine presentations, while offering support services to hotels and restaurants throughout Greece. I am a judge in Wine Competition (TIWC, BIWC) and since September 1, 2022 I have assumed the duties of Marketing & Communication Manager at Aiolos Wines SA, one of the largest wine import and distribution companies in Greece.Simultaneously, I combine my love for writing, photography and wine in my blog www.winegeeks.gr , www.parallaximag.gr and www.andro.gr, some of the most well known internet sites for culture subjects. I love traveling, photography and every page written by John Steinbeck and Archibald Joseph Cronin.Nowadays, I am trying to separate equally my time among my beloved family, my job and myself. I always have an optimistic view for life and I believe that cooperation can get you the best results, but that doesn't mean that you have to depend to others, as this can make you lazy. I have a strong sense of humor, I love travelling and meeting new places, people and cultures. On the other hand I am a hard worker and strongly believe in the powers of trust, honesty and loyalty and in the talent of versatility.
