Self-motivated product leader with 10-year experience owning and developing SaaS products at high velocity Silicon Valley startup. Excited to create and participate in motivated product organizations which are governed by a psychologically safe culture, build empathy and solve problems which improve the world. For the past decade Dimi has been working on the digital transformation for the AEC industry, through training professionals, implementing new technologies in organizations and delivering AI-powered product solutions. In 2013, Dimi joined a couple of co founders to kick-start ALICE, aiming to revolutionize the construction industry with an AI-powered enterprise SaaS product, which could simulate construction projects and generate optimal scheduling solutions within minutes. A few years later, ALICE was backed by some of the top VCs in the world including Merus Capital, Future Ventures, and Lightspeed Ventures to name a few. In his trajectory, Dimi took the company from 1 to 65+ people, helped shaping the company from the ground up, launched 2 products from initial inception to delivery, built and led the Product Management department as the Vice President of Product.Born and raised in Greece, Dimi is an inquisitive problem solver with background in business and engineering. After graduating in Business Administration, Dimi earned Master’s degrees in Operations Research at the UK and in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University, where he also had the privilege to teach as an Adjunct Lecturer for couple of years. Lastly, Dimi has co-authored patent-pending technologies around automated analysis of objects for construction planning and scheduling.
