Elevated to Regional Plant Management responsibilities in South West Greece, to improve performance and profitability with 136 staff and 40% of the total Greek production. Oversaw 25% Production Cost reduction and improved Manufacturing Cost control with HC optimization between 2 sites. Facilitated Lean Manufacturing improvements in packaging optimization, maintenance costs, productivity, utilities costs and overall efficiency. Efficiently recruited 2 key managers to spearhead efficiency programs, and implemented a TQM system that dramatically improved product quality and EHS initiatives.
