I worked on two buildings a mixed use 12-story residential building and an 8-story charter school. The mixed use, block and plank, building is 110K SF and is classified under major buildings with a site safety coordinator. This mixed use building houses 102 affordable units with a commercial first floor and has an estimated construction cost of $35M. The project is currently 90% complete with expected TCO in September of 2017. The charter school is approximately 54K SF and has an estimated cost of construction at $15M. The steel and plank school houses 30 classroom, offices and a basketball court on the sixth floor. The project is expected to receive TCO in September of 2017.As the project manager on these projects I am responsible for scope development, contract negotiations, issuance and administration. I am also responsible for identifying, issuing and resolving RFI’s, managing submittals, issuing and approving requisitions and change orders, developing and maintaining schedules, quality control and coordination amongst trades and professionals to complete the work and obtain Certificate of Occupancy with the assistance of an APM.

I was the PM of the mixed use 12-story affordable housing development classified under major buildings with a site safety coordinator. I am also responsible for identifying, issuing and resolving RFI’s, confirming prevailing wage adherence, issuing and approving requisitions and change orders, managing submittals, quality control and coordination amongst both trades and professionals to complete the work and obtain Certificate of Occupancy.

I worked as an assistant to the project executive of a 6-story high end development. The 50K SF steel and deck building houses 52 units with roof top gardens, a lounge and gym; $26M. I was responsible for contract administration, identifying, issuing and resolving RFI’s, managing submittals, quality control and coordination amongst both trades and professionals to complete the work and obtain Certificate of Occupancy.
