With more than a decade of diverse professional experience, I have honed my skills across various roles. My experience spans Product Management, Customer Support and a heavy-duty Sales background. Yep, I've definitely worn my fair share of hats. 🎩Currently, I'm a Customer Support Specialist at Terracom S.A., where I leverage my skills in Project Planning, CRM, and Data Analysis to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Retention worldwide. Working for a SaaS product means my day spans multiple time zones—from the Fiji Islands to California (I could definitely moonlight as a geography tutor). 😁My role involves managing Customer Onboarding and Training, providing pre-sales and after-sales Support, conducting User Interviews, and spearheading Product Discovery initiatives. I also deploy and organize Customer Analytics and Ticketing/CRM systems to streamline our processes. 🙏Previously, I spent over four years at Papastratos S.A. as a Market Development and Support Specialist. There, I led Area Sales initiatives, Project Planning and Execution, and Customer Support. I played a pivotal role in projects focused on Customer Onboarding, Retention, and Product Discovery. Despite IQOS being a retail commodity in every corner of Greece, it was actually a highly digital, product-led approach in a traditionally analog industry. 🏪Over my decade-long experience in various industries, I was very lucky to have received and always eager to pursue extensive training and coursework. The certification I’m most proud of is from the Product-Led Growth Hub, where I mastered advanced strategies to drive product-led growth, achieve market fit via a creative use of KPIs and North Star metrics, and keep customer needs front and center. This rigorous course solidified my belief that Product Management is my true calling. 🎯It goes without saying -and yet I'll have to say it all the same- my diverse, "extra-curricular" background -from editing and translating, to DJing and producing pop-culture and niche market podcasts- is a testament to my versatility and adaptability. This multidisciplinary approach across different industries has helped me develop a tactical and strategic approach to decision-making, account for unforeseen variables, and approach problems with an out-of-the-box attitude.
