Phased renovation and expansion of the FIS/CBP processing areas and associated supporting space along with TSA Check In Areas at Airside 4 and reconfiguration of existing ITS station at the Landside Terminal Building. Phased construction of site (Horizontal), apron, utilities, site electrical, site lighting, fuel hydrant relocation and building (Vertical) at AS -4 and FIS/CBP as described above and AS-4 construction of building expansion at Wing 12 includes sterile swing gates 90, 90A, 92, 94 and 96 and support spaces and connection to expanded FIS. Phased Construction of Search Rooms, access control and sterile ramp upgrades at existing Wing 11 swing gates. Proposed phase construction of site electrical and point of use 400 hz system at Wings 10, 11 and 12. Proposed phased construction replacement of HVAC equipment and associated work at the Hub, Wing 10, 11 and 12. Phased Construction of proposed fire alarm throughout AS-4. CM at Risk for the South Airport APM Complex at Orlando International Airport. The scope of the program includes a 2,400-car parking garage, the South Airport APM Complex station, renovation of the APM station in the North Terminal, completion of the APM guideway structure to the South Airport APM Complex station, modifications to the APM guideway structures (fixed facilities only) to Airsides 1 and 3, roadways, bridges, sitework, and all associated infrastructure.
