I work as a disputes lawyer at Zepos & Yannopoulos (Athens, Greece). My practice focuses on international commercial arbitration (mainly under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and local rules) and complex business litigation spanning a broad range of industry sectors and jurisdictions.I am particularly experienced in fact-heavy construction and renewable energy disputes, having also spent four years as a transactional M&A and project development attorney. I regularly act for clients in disputes arising out of SPAs, SHAs, JVs, DSAs, financing agreements, grid sharing agreements, offtake agreements (including cPPAs), EPC(M) agreements, supply agreements (including module supply and turbine supply and installation agreements) and O&M agreements.I hold advanced degrees in transnational arbitration and dispute settlement (Sciences Po) and private international law (UoA). Prior to joining Zepos & Yannopoulos, I worked at the international arbitration (commercial and investor-state) practices of Reed Smith (Paris) and Shearman & Sterling (London), as well as at the ICC (Francophone team, ICA2).I became a member of the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined Zepos & Yannopoulos in 2023. I am admitted before the Court of Appeals.
