- Monitored closely the commodities industry to spot any significant developments. Analysed the findings and synthesised the results in reports. - Examined the balance sheet and cash flow of clients-small businesses unable to meet financial obligations to banks; presented the results in meetings with seniors and banks’ representatives with the duty to create a positive image for the clients; in 90% of the cases settlements for long-term repayment were achieved- Co-ordinated a team of 6 trainee lawyers, acting as the intermediary between trainees and the 8 associates; organized the trainees’ daily responsibilities seeking active involvement and close collaboration
