I hold a degree in electrical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. I have been involved in the telecommunications industry for the past sixteen years, holding senior positions in the Greek National Telecommunications and Post Regulator (EETT) and as adviser to fixed and mobile operators. I was appointed as member of the Greek National Telecommunications and Post Regulator (EETT) in 1996, and from 1997 until 2005 I was the Vice President of EETT responsible for telecommunications. During my tenure I oversaw the full liberalization of the Greek telecommunications market and its alignment with EU legislation and regulations. I have written a number of articles on telecommunications and I am a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (since 1979) and in the past a member of the British Institute of Energy. For 7 years I was a partner at AACS Ltd, a Cyprus based Consultancy, specialized in providing regulatory and competition advise to telecoms regulators, telecoms operators and Governments.From 2013 till 2015 I was Senior advisor to FullCharger International CEO.
