• Working as the manager of the pharmacy team with the following responsibilities: - Selling and supplying medicines to patients.- Providing advice about pharmaceutical products, vitamins, cosmetics etc.- Providing advice about symptoms and general health matters.- Counselling patients on the proper use of medicines.- Ensuring that different treatments are compatible.- Organizing prescriptions.- Managing all orders to wholesalers and MAHs.- Recruiting and training pharmacy stuff.

• Planning and organizing the group’s strategy in collaboration with the other members of the board.• Managing the implementation of the group’s strategy in the wholesaling market of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products.• Developing the financial and commercial policy of the business.• Motivating and consulting the management team.• Organizing and approving the business year budget.• Approving of business expenditure, ensuring it's within agreed budgets.• Ensuring, as a part of the group’s IT committee, the best and up to date IT systems for the both group and clients. • Part of Greenpharmacy (GP) Network committee, with responsibility on developing the network’s strategy in all country.PRO.SY.FA.PE. group of companies, is the biggest and the most contemporary, dynamically developing, Group of companies in the Greek wholesaling market of pharmaceutical and para pharmaceutical products, focusing on innovative ideas to the future needs of pharmacies supplying chain and services.

- Preparation of all necessary documentation for Mutual Recognition, National Marketing Authorisations, Variations and Renewals for submission to the National Organisation for Medicines (ΕΟF).- New Projects Development. Collaborating and organizing new projects with pharmaceutical companies.

- Preparation of all necessary documentation for Mutual Recognition, National Marketing Authorisations, Variations and Renewals for submission to the National Organisation for Medicines (ΕΟF).- Assurance of Regulatory compliance of labeling and advertising mock ups for all marketed products which include OTC medicines, cosmetics, medical devices and nutritional beverages.- Preparation of files for price application for OTC medicines to the Ministry of Commerce.- Participating in company’s Quality Management System. Receiving and handling customer complaints.- Pharmacovigilance duties: Receive, record and report of AEs to the Regulatory Authorities. Providing feedback for the preparation of PSUR’s.- Responding to customer medical queries.- Updating several information systems regarding Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance issues
