- Provision of Luxury Holiday Experience to international VIP guests and in charge of the Commercial & Operation Management of the estate.- Specialization in tailor made services to suit each guest's specific requirements and accommodating High End Clientele varying from Business getaways to Family packages. - Presentation and inspection arrangements to prospective clients / agents, followed by submission of commercial offers. - Full Budget & Cost Analysis. - Coordinating directly with the owner in order to plan and execute the overall management of the property, performing at same time Staff Supervision duties. - Coordinating with the Private Chef in order to prepare menus as per the guests' culinary preferences, by promoting at same time local cuisine and treats. -  Overlooking all Technical aspects as required for the proper function of the estate and its amenities. - Ensuring good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.- Monitoring Room Inventory on a daily basis and follow up on all estate arrivals / departures.- Targeting towards increased Guest Satisfactions along with Cost Controlling

-Responsible for the organisation and provision of high quality guest services in hotel’s F&B outlets. F&B outlets: 2 restaurants, 2 bars, room service, catering, VIP in-flight catering. -Maximise and develop earnings from the F&B outlets -Coordinate and monitor the various services delivered by the department in order to ensure that guests receive the best possible service -Supervise the purchasing of foodstuffs for the department and ensure sound management of stocks. - Maintain Sofitel’s Brand Standards within the hotel -Prepare the department’s budget -Integrate, train and supervise the food and beverage team. -Initiate new projects and ensure they are put into practice - I ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and high quality services and take any necessary corrective actions. - I am responsible for my department’s financial and qualitative results - Daily cooperation with hotel’s DOSM - Sales calls to key accounts (corporate – airlines)in coordination with the sales dpt. in order to promote hotel’s FB outlets- Participation to the Sales & Marketing annual budget -Take part in drawing up the hotel’s sales and marketing plan.

-Hotel's representative and main contact person for the Airlines and Corporate accounts -Participation in the creation of hotel's pricing policy in the above mentioned segments and the annual budget.- Managing the Sales Team under DOSM’s direction-, Ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the Sales Department - Sales strategy meeting, pre –convention meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required by the DOSM - Leading the Sales Team during DOSM’s absence - High energy levels in motivating the Sales team and focus on providing high levels of customer service - Arranging and managing fam trips - Plan and attend to exhibitions as a representative of Sofitel Athens Hotel - High knowledge of OLTA’s - Assistance to the DOSM in planning, development and implementation of promotional strategies and marketing plans -Development of hotel’s sales strategy in coordination with the DOSM - Implementation managing, responsible for strategy communication to the sales team - High knowledge of the market and the competition
