Responsible for:▪ Supervising the development and product teams through product design, development and testing processes.▪ Planning and management of the product portfolio and roadmap.▪ Orchestrating all the activities of the software development team and setting individual goals for each team member to ensure timely product’s features delivery.▪ Defining product scope, timelines, and resource distribution.▪ Ensuring strict compliance with software development methodologies and industry best practices (Agile).▪ Engaging collaboratively with stakeholders to comprehensively gather product requisites.▪ Managing software development budgets and expenses.▪ Conducting performance evaluations, career development discussions, and identification/promotion of high potentials and talents.▪ Motivating and achieving steady team improvements by identifying training and skill development needs.

Engaged in several international products (Mobile Platforms, Users’ Profiling Platform, Users’ behavior tracking platform) used by Telecom companies and responsible for:▪ Driving products’ strategy and roadmap and maintaining products’ backlog.▪ Cooperating with Product Innovation and Regional PMO teams on defining products’ vision and business needs of specific projects.▪ Gathering business requirements and translating them into User stories and technical requirements.▪ Cooperating with products’ IT teams (DEV, DEVOPS, QA) to drive and manage the solution development process according to Agile methodologies.▪ Driving products’ weekly sprint release plans.▪ Preparing Business Requirements Documents, Business Specification Documents, Business Process documents, and Test Cases.▪ Communicating approved documentation to IT development teams.▪ Timely notifying if there are scope/quality risks within the Project/Program stream.

Engaged in internal projects (Online Casino, Loyalty Gamification, Supply Chain mapping & WMS integrations, Online Regulation, Online Affiliation, Salesforce Integration with Gaming Platforms, Interactive ticketing) and responsible for:▪ Liaising between Business and technical teams (both internal and external).▪ Leading workshops, gather business needs, transform into business requirements and functional specifications.▪ Performing business process mapping and business process re-engineering using data modelling practices to analyze and present findings and suggestions.▪ Participating on defining products’ vision and roadmap.▪ Preparing Business Requirements Documents, Business Specification Documents, Business Process documents, and Test Cases.▪ Communicating approved documentation to IT development teams (internal and external).▪ Timely notify if there are scope/quality risks within the Project/Program stream.

Engaged in international IT projects (e.g. ECM Systemsfor the European Chemical Agency (ECHA)) and responsible for:▪ Project management support according to Agile methodology.▪ Business and functional requirements analysis.▪ Content and data migration from source to external systems.▪ Support on testing and preparation of testing material.▪ Client training & support.

Involved in international IT projects (e.g. IT Systems for the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)) and responsible for:▪ Project management support according to Agile methodology.▪ Business and functional requirements analysis.▪ Reviewing and updating use cases.▪ Defining testing strategy and preparation of testing material (functional and automated testing).▪ Client training & support.
