I have a Bsc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Patras, where I also participated in an Erasmus Plus program at Rennes School of Business in France. I am currently a Recruiter at Stantec, a global design and engineering firm, where I support the talent acquisition and recruitment processes for our international openings. My core competencies include talent sourcing, human resources operations, and training and development.In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of human resources, including IT & Technical recruitment, Hard HR & Operations including reporting, calendar management, communication, and coordination. I also assisted with new hire induction and onboarding activities, facilitated internal academies, and prepared annual reports using LMS/SAP SuccessFactors. I contributed to Internship Projects, acting as an ambassador, and HR Awards winning submissions, thanks to my collaboration with internal stakeholders and teams.
